THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND Shot Shorts-MiniSeries, AND GOVERNS YOUR, YOUR AGENTS’, AND END-USERS’ USE OF AND ACCESS TO Shot Shorts-MiniSeries SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONNECTION WITH A PAID OR FREE TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION.
Thank you for choosing Shot Shorts-MiniSeries ("we", "us", "our"). By accepting this agreement, whether by accessing or using a service, or by authorizing or permitting any agent or end-user to access or use a service, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity (an "entity"), you are agreeing to this agreement for that entity and representing to Shot Shorts-MiniSeries that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to this agreement, in which case the terms "subscriber", "you", "your" or related terms shall refer to such entity and its affiliates. If you lack such authority, or if you do not agree to this agreement, you must not accept it and may not use the services.
2.1 The Services under this Agreement refer to the recharge platform services provided by Shot Shorts-MiniSeries. Specifically, Shot Shorts-MiniSeries offers a platform enabling Users to recharge for products or services for themselves or on behalf of others.
2.2 Certain online services (such as games or value-added telecommunication services) may involve fees, which will be clearly indicated on the relevant pages. Users who do not agree to these charges may choose not to use these services.
2.3 Users acknowledge that Shot Shorts-MiniSeries only provides the online service. Any related equipment or associated costs are the user's responsibility.
3.1 To ensure uninterrupted service and automatic subscription renewal, when you subscribe to content, you irrevocably authorize us to charge you automatically for each subsequent subscription period before the current billing period ends, on a recurring basis. By providing your payment details in your payment account for the subscription, you agree to such charges using these details. Subscriptions may be billed weekly, monthly, annually, or for another period, and you may select from the billing periods offered by Shot Shorts-MiniSeries.
3.2 Once your subscription payment is successfully processed, you are deemed to have accepted the service price; the service becomes effective immediately upon subscription.
3.3 Subscriptions are automatically charged to your payment account at the start of each billing period. The subscriber is responsible for any failure of automatic renewal due to insufficient balance in the designated payment account.
3.4 The Subscription Content provided by Shot Shorts-MiniSeries is for your use solely within Shot Shorts-MiniSeries applications and affiliated platforms. Any malicious or illegal activities aimed at separating the subscription content from Shot Shorts-MiniSeries are not covered under this Agreement. Shot Shorts-MiniSeries reserves the right to periodically verify that your use of its services complies with this agreement. If any non-compliant use is discovered, Shot Shorts-MiniSeries will hold you responsible, and you shall be liable for any resulting damage or loss.
4.1 Users must be the legitimate account holder for the linked payment method and must not have infringed any third-party rights.
4.2 Recharges must be conducted using the methods specified by Shot Shorts-MiniSeries. If users recharge via unauthorized systems or illicit methods, Shot Shorts-MiniSeries bears no responsibility for compensation.
4.3 A recharge is considered complete once successfully processed. Refunds or changes will not be provided unless the product or service is unusable.
4.4 When using the recharge system, users must carefully verify their account details. Errors resulting from user mistakes or misunderstandings are the user's responsibility.
4.5 Violations of Shot Shorts-MiniSeries' user agreement or this recharge agreement may lead to account suspension without compensation.
5.1 Shot Shorts-MiniSeries provides you with methods to review your auto-renewal subscription orders but is not responsible for delivering invoices to you.
5.2 If Shot Shorts-MiniSeries successfully charges your member account for the next billing period, the deducted amount will be recorded in your payment history on the day of deduction, and your membership validity will be extended accordingly. Once the deduction is successful, Shot Shorts-MiniSeries is entitled to collect the fee immediately and does not offer refund services.
5.3 In the event of an error during the charging process, Shot Shorts-MiniSeries and you shall cooperate fully to determine the cause and bear losses resulting from their respective faults. If losses arise from unequal fault of both parties, each party shall bear responsibility proportionate to their degree of fault. If losses result from shared faults but cannot be distinctly attributed, the parties share equal responsibility.
5.4 Shot Shorts-MiniSeries may change or modify the relevant service contents, rules, and terms of this agreement in line with business development or technological upgrades, etc. Shot Shorts-MiniSeries will notify users of such changes or modifications by posting them on the relevant application or website pages, for example, by providing prominent notice as appropriate under the circumstances, but is not liable for notifying users individually. If you do not agree with such changes, you must not accept this agreement and not use any services. If you disagree with new changes, you may choose to discontinue or terminate your use of Shot Shorts-MiniSeries. Your continued use of Shot Shorts-MiniSeries services after changes are implemented constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
5.5 You may choose to cancel the service. If you choose not to cancel, it is deemed that you agree to Shot Shorts-MiniSeries attempting to charge you for the next billing period according to the applicable rules. Once the charge is successful, Shot Shorts-MiniSeries will renew your subscription for the next billing period.
5.6 If the service price changes before or at the time of automatic renewal, the current effective price shall apply.
5.7 Shot Shorts-MiniSeries has the right to change the price for its services and adjust the price and billing period for paid subscriptions based on business needs or market changes, etc., and will notify you of any price changes through publicity on the relevant pages.
5.8 The Member understands and agrees that authorizing Shot Shorts-MiniSeries with withholding authority for automatic recharge of subscriptions will be considered the member's own act of recharging. Should the member incur any loss as a result, the member will not assert any rights or seek to hold Shot Shorts-MiniSeries and its affiliates responsible.
6.1 This agreement becomes effective when you choose to accept the agreement or use the service and terminates when you terminate the service or cancel the subscription.
6.2 You have the right to terminate the service at any time via the account settings. Shot Shorts-MiniSeries will cease providing the service to you upon termination.
6.3 If you cancel your payment or paid subscription and/or terminate any service before the end of the current subscription period, we will not refund any subscription fees already paid.
If one party breaches the agreement, the other party is entitled to seek compensation through the dispute resolution method mutually agreed upon.
You and Shot Shorts-MiniSeries agree to use good faith efforts to resolve any dispute related to or arising in connection with this agreement.
